At TVOUTLET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your entertainment setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your electronics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TVOUTLET account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all remote controls, power cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
